Solar prices in Ghazni are usually quoted as one number, which makes it hard to compare offers. In reality, a system price is made of four parts: panels, inverter, battery storage and installation labour with balance-of-system materials.

A 3 kW family system with 5 kWh of storage — enough for lights, fans, TV, internet and a refrigerator — is around $1,750. Shops and clinics generally land between $3,500 and $9,000 depending on daytime load.
The biggest cost driver is battery capacity, not panels. If most of your consumption happens during daylight — a shop, a mill, an irrigation pump — you can reduce battery size dramatically and cut the total price by a third.
Compare quotes on the same basis: panel wattage and brand, inverter type (hybrid or off-grid), battery chemistry (lithium or lead-acid), warranty length, and whether installation, wiring and protection devices are included.
